Shipping and Handling Fees
I do not believe in
overcharging for shipping and handling. I only charge 2 Swiss Francs per
order for handling fees and this is to cover the cost of packaging, envelopes,
etc. You should allow these packaging weights in addition to the weight
shown for the item:
Post Category 1: 20 g,
Post Categroy 2: 40 g,
Post Category 3: 60 g
For heavier items (Eg shoes): Allow up to 180 g
All items have been weighed beforehand and measured to fit in the appropriate
envelope according to the size of the clothing. Postage will be
calculated automatically according to the guidelines below and included
in your order, but if there is any adjustment or I can save you money,
I'll let you know.
We have 3 different rates of postage, Standard Letter, Large Letter and Maxi
Letter. Standard Letter and Large Letter cannot be any thicker than 20mm. Once
the envelope is more then 20mm thick it falls into the category of Maxi Letter
which generally incurs parcel rates.
Once you order 2 items or more you can assume that your postal charges will be
the Maxi Letter rates. The first rate for Maxi Letter Rates is for 1 to 500
grams, so if you are ordering 1 larger item then maybe it might be worth your
while to order 2 items as you pay for whether it is 100 grams or 500 grams. If
you just go over the 500 grams then I will let you know by sending you an
email, as once again you pay for whether your item is 501 grams or 1kg. You may
want to order another item to get the most out of your shipping rates.
All shipping prices quoted are for Economy Post only. If you require
Priority Post, then please email me and tell me what you would like to purchase
and I will get back to you as soon as I can with a rate for Priority shipping.
However, be warned that the rates will not be cheap. Once again, I will only
charge you the actual shipping rates for Priority Post. Below are the
domestic rates from Swiss Post's website. The rates for international
postage are in the second table. All rates quoted below are in Swiss
Francs.
Registered Post. We highly recommend the use of
Registered Post to track your purchase, as we will not be held responsible for
losses during transit as these are beyond our control. We are not able to
offer a refund if goods go missing in the mail and you have elected not to use
registered post. For Swiss customers, this is included free by Swiss
Post in the postage charge for parcels (category 3 below). For
international customers, please tick the check box when confirming your
order and include an additional 6 Swiss Fancs to your postage charge.
Upon sending your purchase, we will email you with the Swiss Post Track and
Trace number so that you can check on your order on line.
